CAG draws line on RIL: Full access, free audit

A day after the petroleum ministry had to cancel a meeting between RIL officials and the Comptroller and Auditor General, the auditor asserted that it was entitled to access all documents related to Reliance's contract with the government for exploration of KG basin gas.
