Individuals pay more for diesel than biz

Large establishments like hotels, clubs, malls, office complexes and industries pay less for diesel than individual customers including farmers. This relief — of about a rupee per litre — is in addition to the Rs 11.65 per litre subsidy the government bears for all segments of customers.
