Modiphobe Govt defers NDC meet

The Congress may downplay Gujarat CM Narendra Modi’s probable emergence on the national arena during the 2014 general elections, but Modi phobia seems to have forced the Centre to push the meeting of the National Development Council for approving the 12th Plan document to Dec 29, 10 days after results to both Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh are announced.
