Untangling the spectrum pricing knot

After the prolonged ping-pong match between various government bodies, the Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) decided to collect a one-time spectrum fee from all operators with more than 4.4 Mhz (2.5 MHz in case of CDMA operators) for the remaining period of their licences.
