Fuming Jayanthi writes to PM against FM NIB move

Environment Minister Jayanthi Natarajan has written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh strongly objecting to her Finance counterpart P Chidambaram’s move of setting up a National Investment Board (NIB) for fast-tracking mega infrastucture projects if ministries fail to give clearances in stipulated time.
