Bihar can't get 'special' tag: Experts

Chief minister Nitish Kumar's demand for special category status would be difficult to meet for any government as Bihar does not qualify under the parameters set for such states, experts said on Wednesday. They said bowing to such demands would spark off similar demands from other states and make it difficult to balance them.
