Modi targets Congress on foundation day

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi used the celebrations for the foundation day of the State to launch a virulent attack on the Congress, “reminding” the people that the party had opposed the formation of the State 52 years ago and had “caused bloodshed.”
