Senior Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Minister Aziz Qureshi, who has been appointed as the Governor of Uttarakhand, on Sunday said he was rewarded due to loyalty towards Nehru - Gandhi family and the “blessings” of the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi. Qureshi, 72, is a lawyer-turned-social worker engaged in the uplift of the weaker sections and the physically challenged. He also promotes adult education.
