There is a watertight case against Sheila, asserts the Lokayukta

In his Special Report filed before the Lieutenant-Governor, Delhi Lokayukta Manmohan Sarin has said that there is a watertight case against the Chief Minister in the matter of falsely claiming before the 2008 Delhi Assembly elections that 60,000 houses were ready under the Rajiv Ratan Awas Yojana and the process of allotment would begin soon.
