Springing another surprise, the BSP on Tuesday voted with the UPA in the Rajya Sabha, opposing amendments pressed by the Opposition to the President’s Address on the issue of the NCTC (National Counter Terrorism Centre). On Monday, it had walked out ahead of a vote on the NCTC amendments in the Lok Sabha.
