‘Saviour’ DMK walks out of RS as ADMK, CPI insist on voting

In an apparent move to refrain from embarrassing the UPA Government on the one hand and not upset its political base in Tamil Nadu on the other, the DMK members left the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday when the AIADMK and CPI insisted on a vote on the sensitive Sri Lankan Tamils issue.
