Ending all speculations, Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh today categorically announced that his party would not join the UPA government, but would continue outside support. Addressing mediapersons at his party office, he said: “The Congress did not call us to join the UPA and neither have werequested them... we are also not going to request the Congress in future.”
