Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav literally put controversial Independent MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya where he belongs. Raja Bhaiyya, who had been in jail for his criminal activities more frequently than any other politician in the state, has been made the prisons as well as the food and civil supplies minister.
