Iranian intel link in blast?

As part of the ongoing investigation to prove that the actual bomber in the 13/2 attack on an Israeli diplomat was an Iranian national, Indian agencies are now examining the possibility of whether the bombers were associated with the security or intelligence establishment in Iran.
