Four Independent MLAs have become kingmakers as both the BJP and Congress are making all-out efforts to lure them. Sources said that two MLAs — Tehri MLA Dinesh Dhanai and Lalkuan MLA Harish Chandra Durgapal — have extended their support to the Congress when they visited the party high command in Delhi on Wednesday.
