Law tells DoS: Hear out ISRO scientists

Heeding the advice of Attorney General Goolam E Vahanvati, the Law Ministry has asked the Department of Space (DoS) to allow the four ISRO scientists blacklisted from government jobs for their alleged role in the controversial Antrix-Devas deal a “post-decisional opportunity” to state their stand on the issue.
