Crocodile tears for weavers?

Despite Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi shedding tears over the plight of weavers in Uttar Pradesh, the UPA Government has not spent a single penny from the Budget allocation of Rs 3,000 crore for debt waiver for the handloom workers. After Rahul raised the pitch during his UP foray, the Government added Rs 884 crore more for the debt waiver.
