Nitish targets Plan panel for Bihar’s backwardness

Coming down heavily on the Planning Commission, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday said “slogan of inclusive growth is all hollow till it opens purse for Bihar and not just find fault” with the state trying to “recuperate after having faced historical neglect”.
