Having been at the receiving end of the electorate's whiplash since the 2009 general election, the Shiv Sena-BJP-RPI combine finally have something to cheer about. The verdict in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, and other civic bodies, polls is certain to come as a shot in the arm to the saffron alliance.
