Chief election commissioner S.Y. Quraishi cracked the whip on law minister Salman Khurshid on Thursday. A full bench of the Election Commission, headed by him, severely indicted Khurshid and censured him for violating the model code of conduct enforced in Uttar Pradesh. Khurshid was warned not to repeat the offence.
