Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has reportedly got a clean chit from the special investigation team (SIT) probing the 2002 post-Godhra riot cases. Although media reports have confirmed the news about the clean chit to Modi, so far there is no official word on the SIT findings. The SIT is headed by former CBI chief RK Raghavan. The SIT submitted its report in a sealed cover on Wednesday evening to a Gujarat magistrate’s court.
