Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has reportedly sought a legal advice on whether a review petition needs to be filed against the Supreme Court order which cancelled 122 telecom licences. Singh also wants to know if any action is required against erring PMO staff over the inordinate delay in deciding on Subramanian Swamy’s petition seeking permission to prosecute former Telecom Minister A Raja.
