Gritty Swamy to take graft battle to higher courts

Terming the Special CBI Court order as an “interim relief” to his bête noire Home Minister P Chidambaram, Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Saturday declared that he would either challenge it in the Delhi High Court or revive his battle seeking a CBI probe into the role of Chidambaram in the Supreme Court.
