A day after the Supreme Court’s ruling on a mandatory time-frame for prosecution sanction, the UPA Government woke up from its slumber and looked for CBI cases in which sanctions were pending. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday asked CBI to submit details of  such cases.
