Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday inadvertently joined the club of people who, in the recent past, have praised Gujarat CM Narendra Modi for 'good governance'. Also, like all the other non-BJP public figures in this club, she immediately issued a clarification on her initial comments, saying they were being highlighted 'out of context' by the media.
