Sheila letter to PM blames PC, Aiyar for pricey CWG

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has put the blame at the doors of Ministry of Finance, then headed by P Chidambaram, for the cost escalation in the Commonwealth Games projects. The letter written to the Prime Minister on March 28, 2011 by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit reveals that while rejecting the findings of the VK Shunglu Committee, she blamed her party colleagues, particularly P Chidambaram and Mani Shankar Aiyar for not paying heed to her repeated demands to sanction funds for CWG projects in the national Capital.
