SC fast-tracks graft prosecution

The common man has now been legally empowered to fight corruption at high places. The Supreme Court on Monday held that any citizen could approach a competent court seeking prosecution of a corrupt public servant, including Ministers, MPs and MLAs. The Government will be bound to decide on the question of awarding sanction within a time frame of four months.
