Army Chief blames two wings for not reconciling records

Army Chief General V.K. Singh, who has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Defence Ministry's order determining his date of birth (DoB) as May 10, 1950, instead of treating it as May 10, 1951, has said that it is not a question of correction of his DoB but the refusal to correct and harmonise the records maintained in two wings of the Army.
