EC anti-dalit,acting at UPA behest: Maya

A fuming Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati skewered the Election Commission (EC) for its selective enforcement of the model code of conduct,saying it was biased against the dalits and BSP. Addressing a rally on Sunday,which was also her 56th birthday,Mayawati listed instances of the poll panel failing to act on similar transgressions by other political parties.
