We can’t emulate China

The case in a Delhi metropolitan magistrate’s court against Google, Yahoo!, Facebook and 18 other ‘social networking sites’ — there appears to be some confusion over the application of this nomenclature; possibly what are being referred to as such are service providers — for hosting material “promoting enmity between classes” and “causing prejudice to national integration” is fast turning into a farce.
