A fraud on Constitution as it violates federalism: BSP

With an eye on polls in Uttar Pradesh, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Thursday targeted Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi for attacking Chief Minister Mayawati and making ‘false claims' to defame her government. It also blamed the Congress for lack of development in the State and accused the Ministers in the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government of violating the federal character of the nation by targeting the State government.
