Minority quota makes provision legally insecure

Utter confusion prevailed on Thursday over inclusion of minority quota in the new Lokpal Bill. The Government first went back on the original decision of the Cabinet to include the minority quota and later chose to provide reservation on religious lines for the first time in any Constitutional body.
