Gadkari formula may come up for test during polls

BJP president Nitin Gadkari's prescription to senior leaders to contest elections by motivating their cadres and galvanising party machine has been put into practice for the first time in Uttar Pradesh. If it works, the mechanism will be used in the case of the Lok Sabha polls too in 2014.
