Certified papers may seal PC fate

Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy’s case against Home Minister P Chidambaram on Saturday moved a step closer for the prosecution of the latter with Special CBI court directing Swamy to get more evidence. Judge OP Saini asked Swamy to produce certified copies of the vital documents that could lead the way to prosecution of Chidambaram. “If you bring the certified documents, there won’t be need to call witnesses,” said court.
