Dharna outside Sonia, Rahul homes, jail bharo from Jan 1

Raising the stakes further in his battle against the government, Anna Hazare today threatened to launch a ‘jail bharo’ agitation from January 1 — to go along with his planned indefinite fast from December 27 — if his demands on the Lokpal bill were not met. Hazare said he would sit on a dharna outside the homes of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and court arrest. Team Anna is demanding the enactment of a strong anti-corruption law in the current session of parliament.
