Opp, Team Anna slam Lokpal report

After the FDI in retail fiasco, Government and Opposition are headed for a major showdown on the Lokpal Bill. On the day the standing committee tabled its report on Lokpal in parliament,  the BJP  blasted  its   recommendations  and  Gandhian Anna Hazare decided to go on warpath against the Congress. A special Cabinet meeting early next week could deliberate on inclusion of group C employees within the ambit of Lokpal for smooth passage of the Bill. With three Congress members of the Standing Committee giving a note of dissent on non-inclusion of lower bureaucracy, the Government has already prepared a escape route.
