Round III over group C: Anna ready

The stage is set for Team Annas third round of confrontation with the government,after the activists rejected governments proposal to exclude lower bureaucracy from Lokpals ambit.The development came on day when the standing committee on law and justice,examining the Lokpal bill,sought a week more to submit its report.The panel was scheduled to table its report by December 7,but is now expected to do so by the middle of the month.Anna supporters found fault with the government bill as well as the one proposed by Aruna Roy-led NCPRI,saying all sections of employees and politicians collude with each other and there should be one agency covering the whole bureaucracy.
