The Madhubani terror module

The arrest of Ghayur Ahmed Jamali and Ajmal alias Shoaib, two of the six men rounded up by the Delhi Police’s special cell for terror attacks across the country, is not a first for Madhubani. Since 2006, this Bihar district has frequently been coming under the scanner of terror sleuths. The twin arrests mark the sixth catch since 2006 from a district where the police have coined the expression “Madhubani module”.
