CBI forced to retract charge against Gujrat judiciary in SC

The Narendra Modi government on Tuesday forced the Central Bureau of Investigation to admit before the Supreme Court that while seeking transfer of the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case trial outside Gujarat, it had wrongly alleged that kith and kin of accused persons were working as prosecutors, magistrates and judges in lower judiciary.
