Now, Cong reaches out to Gadkari

After having called him names like chillar neta (petty leader) and a puppet of the RSS, sparking a bitter war of words over the past two years, the Congress-led UPA government has finally reached out to BJP president Nitin Gadkari. On Monday, leader of the Lok Sabha and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee hosted Gadkari to a one-on-one luncheon meeting at his residence, where the two spent almost two hours knowing each other’s minds on various issues.
