Rahul Gandhi as PM will galvanise Congress, says his analyst friend

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh might go as early as 2012 and Rahul Gandhi's appointment in his place could energise the Congress as it struggles with a leadership transition, according to a report prepared by a financial analyst, who also happens to be a friend of Rahul Gandhi.
