Rahul Gandhi to take over as working president of Cong

The Congress is reportedly considering anointing Rahul Gandhi as the working president of the party. This could give the party general secretary opportunity to share greater burden of responsibility of his mother and party president Sonia Gandhi who underwent a surgery for an undisclosed ailment a couple of months back.
