SC Naxal order: Govt files review

In the petition filed in the SC registry today, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sought recall of the two paras, 75 (ii) and 76, on the ground that they were in violation of the spirit of the Constitution. Sources said the Centre is of the view that this part of the judgment is an example of judicial overreach into executive functions.
