No immunity to Ministers from public scrutiny

To check corruption at the highest level, a parliamentary panel has recommended that members of the Council of Ministers, judiciary, regulatory authorities and even defence/intelligence and security agencies should be brought under the ambit of a Bill, which is aimed to receive complaints about corruption and misuse of power and provide protection to whistleblowers.
