PIB release shows UPA appointed Suresh Kalmadi

As the debate rages as to who appointed Suresh Kalmadi as the chief of the Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, Mail Today has accessed a document which shows that he was elevated to the post on January 30, 2005 by the Group of Ministers (GoM) headed by the late Arjun Singh.
