Govt must not appeal SC order banning use of SPOs against Naxalites: Digvijaya

Hailing the Supreme Court order banning the use of Special Police Officers (SPOs) in Chhattisgarh in the fight against Naxalites, Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh has said that the Centre should not appeal against the order.
