NRIs flocl to India for election season

Ramesh Gupta, a retired CEO living in Texas, came to India in 2009 with the intention of floating his own party. That he did not make it politically is secondary. What is important is that now, six months since he's been living in Delhi, Gupta is busy canvassing for BJP leader Harsh Vardhan, and of course the party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
