Top Chinese military delegation visits India to mend ties

Emerging from the shadow of last year's tense border stand-offs, India and China have managed to put their broken military ties on an even keel. A People's Liberation Army (PLA) delegation is visiting New Delhi in the middle of thee polls to set the stage for the next round of joint drills and a visit by the Chinese defence minister Chang Wanquan.
