Brand India tarnished by UPA

The Union Minister for Finance, Mr P Chidambaram, says that he is no more in denial. He accepts the deceleration in the Indian growth rate but claims that in a restricted global survey, corporate executives chose India as their top investment destination while Germany was  ranked at number 15. This is nice to hear from the Finance Minister. But is it the truth?
