This isn't a question that is likely to be asked in these humid times when Digvijaya Singh is busy endorsing the fact that Rahul Gandhi is of the right age and with enough experience to handle the top job. But thanks to Digvijaya, I can't help but bring up what was once an obvious question: Will Pranab-da finally become PM?
